Our bespoke mindfulness workshops provide clients with a holistic approach to manage stress, improve employee engagement, enhance creativity and gain an  overall sense of wellbeing by creating a mindful culture in the workplace. Our mindfulness programmes are delivered in 1.5 hour, 4 hour or full-day seminars and can be delivered virtually or on-site at your place of work.

The interactive workshops include:

  • The neuroscience supporting mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
  • The role of attention training in enhancing focus and developing empathy.
  • Foundational exercises to focus attention, calm the mind and enhance connection and compassion.
