Valentine’s Day has come and gone. The flowers may be fading, the chocolates long gone (or tucked away for later), but love - the real kind - doesn't belong to just one day.  A self-love guide. A few years ago, I jotted down a list. Not resolutions or to-dos, but gentle reminders about living with more intention, joy and care.
